3. Inquiries, Quotes, and Custom Synthesis

Sending an inquiry via our contact form or the WhatsApp formatting tool does not constitute a legally binding order or contract. All price quotes, chemical specifications, and custom R&D batch formulations are subject to formal order confirmations, signed contracts, and bulk dispatch schedules issued directly by our sales department in Delhi.
